During gamescom, Square Enix unveiled a gripping gameplay trailer for Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles, showcasing the remastered edition’s tactical depth and refined mechanics. Fans witnessed revamped combat sequences, the beloved job system, and skill progression in action.

The remaster comes in dual flavors: an enhanced edition boasting fully voiced dialogue in English and Japanese, polished UI, graphical upgrades, a fast-forward option, adjustable difficulty settings, and autosave capabilities. Alongside it, the classic version preserves the original experience while introducing autosave functionality.
