Disney has revealed the English voice cast for its upcoming animated series, “Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation.” The first season, titled “Episode of Heartslabyul,” will launch on Disney+ and Hulu on October 29, coinciding with the anime’s premiere.

The dubbing team for the series is led by Michael Sinterniklaas, who is directing the English version at NYAV Post. He is assisted by Brittany Lauda and Stephanie Sheh, who also serves as the casting director. Reuben Lack is the producer, while Madeleine Morris is handling the script adaptation. Michael Archacki is the mixer, and the recording team includes Luiz Gomez, Sebastian Franco, Justin Ramos, and Peter Iuretig. Courtney Voorhees is the production supervisor.
The eight-episode first season will debut exclusively on Disney+ on October 29 and is planned to run for three seasons. Each season will adapt different parts of the original smartphone game’s accompanying manga, titled “Episode of Heartslabyul,” “Episode of Savanaclaw,” and “Episode of Octavinelle.”
Takahiro Natori, known for his work on “Aria the Benedizione” and “Tokyo Mew Mew New,” is serving as the chief director and series script supervisor. Shin Katagai, who directed “The Ossan Newbie Adventurer,” is handling the animation at Yumeta Company and Graphinica. Yoichi Kato, credited with “Space Brothers” and “Aikatsu!”, is the main writer. Character designs are by Hanaka Nakano and Akane Satล.
The music for the anime is composed by Takumi Ozawa, who also composed the music for the original game. The opening theme song, “Piece of my world,” is performed by the “Night Ravens.”
The story of “Disney Twisted-Wonderland” begins when the main character is summoned to another world through a magic mirror. Arriving at the prestigious Night Raven College, the main character seeks protection from the school’s masked headmaster and interacts with the genius but uncooperative students while trying to find a way back home.
