Akiharu Ishii, renowned for his character designs in “Blood+” and “Ultramarine Magmell,” returned to design the characters and served as the chief animation director.

Yoshinobu Tokumoto, who directed episodes for “The Prince of Tennis II OVA vs. Genius 10,” led the production at M.S.C.
