F/ACE Unplugged! Pulls back the curtain on idol chaos starting July 26
The spotlight swings to a new act in Hakusensha’s Hana to Yume magazine, revealing on July 4 that Uzu Natsumo will orchestrate Tamon-kun Ima Docchi!? F/ACE Off Stage! – a backstage pass to the madness behind the boy band from Yuki Shiwasu’s Tamon’s B-Side universe. The curtain rises in The Hana to Yume Numa magazine’s September 1 issue (July 26 street date).

This encore series will expose the chaotic rhythm of F/ACE’s unscripted world beyond the stage.

Viz Media holds the rights to the original Tamon’s B-Side, painting this portrait of its lead:
Tamon’s real-life performance is all stage fright and second guesses – now he wants to quit the spotlight. Superfan Utage won’t let self-doubt sabotage her idol’s encore, even if she has to become his backstage crew single-handed.
Shiwasu (creator of Takane & Hana) first dropped the beat with Tamon’s B-Side in Hana to Yume magazine October 2021, expanding her earlier one-shot manga.
The manga hit these high notes:
- Nominated for Best Shōjo Manga at 2023 Kodansha Manga Awards
- Ranked #9 in Takarajimasha’s Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2023 female readers’ list
The franchise’s next movement arrives January 2026 – an anime adaptation currently in production.
