Glitch: Lost Lad Londons Shima Shinya Unveils Exciting New Manga Series

Shueisha’s Ultra Jump magazine has revealed that acclaimed mangaka Shinya Shinya will introduce a chilling new series titled Hai Kochira Kaiki-bu Desu (Yes, This is the Mystery Solving Club) in their upcoming November issue. The supernatural thriller follows two enigmatic investigators as they decode bizarre phenomena through unconventional logic.

This project marks Shinya’s return to horror after recently concluding the Void: No. Nine series, which concluded its four-volume run in August following its February cancellation. Prior works include the critically acclaimed Glitch (2021-2023) and the mystery thriller Lost Lad London (2019-2021), both serialized in Monthly Comic Beam and published internationally by Yen Press.

Fans anticipate Shinya’s signature blend of psychological tension and cerebral storytelling will elevate this new exploration of the paranormal. The November 19 release in Ultra Jump promises to deliver another thought-provoking addition to the horror manga genre.
