Kadokawa’s Asuka magazine announced that Aya Shouoto‘s The Demon Prince of Momochi House: Succession manga (Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ōji -Tsugu-) will conclude in its next chapter in the November issue scheduled for September 24.
The limited sequel manga series launched in July 2023. Kadokawa released the second compiled volume of the manga on January 24.

Viz Media‘s Shojo Beat imprint published the original The Demon Prince of Momochi House (Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ōji) manga in English and released the 16th and final volume in October 2020. Viz Media summarizes the plot as follows:
Himari Momochi inherits a mysterious house that comes with its own gorgeous demon guardian.
On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi inherits her ancestral estate that she’s never seen. Momochi House exists on the barrier between the human and spiritual realms, and Himari is meant to act as guardian between the two worlds. But on the day she moves in, she finds three handsome squatters already living in the house, and one seems to have already taken over her role!
Shouoto launched the manga in Kadokawa‘s Asuka magazine in 2013 and ended it in August 2019. The manga launched in Asuka magazine in February 2014. Kadokawa published the 16th and final volume in October 2019.
The series inspired an anime adaptation that premiered in January 2024.
The manga inspired a drama CD and a stage play in 2015.
