Please enter your Meetup Theme(s) (ie: Demon Slayer, Kaiju No. 8 etc) and select single or multi-day meetup, and the time(s) (one time slot per day) that you are interested and available for. Last call for meetups on Sunday will be 4pm.

All vendors are required to have a valid California Sales Tax Permit, but we do not need a copy of it, as it is for your internal records. Additionally, you must provide a copy of the Ventura County "SWAP MEETS, FLEA MARKETS, OR SPECIAL EVENTS CERTIFICATION TO OPERATOR" permit at least 14 days prior to the event. Please email this to vendors-at-animewonderfest.com.The Ventura County Food Permit should only be submitted to the Ventura County Fairgrounds Food Catering Management once your application has been approved.
