Beta Testing Phase Now Live for Multi-Platform The Seven Deadly Sins Game
During the recent gamescom Opening Night Live event, Netmarble showcased an English-subtitled preview for their upcoming open-world RPG, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. This new adaptation of Nakaba Suzuki’s popular manga series has officially begun its Closed Beta Test phase.
Players can look forward to experiencing the game across multiple platforms including iOS, Android, PC through Steam, and PlayStation 5. Early registration is currently open for interested participants.
Sony shared details about the project:
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin redefines the series’ universe as a sprawling open-world adventure. Journey through a distorted version of Britannia where temporal rifts create unexpected encounters, featuring both beloved characters and fresh faces. This ambitious title promises fluid combat mechanics and unrestricted exploration, delivering an authentic anime-inspired experience.
First revealed in early 2022, this adaptation introduces an original narrative with new lead characters alongside franchise favorites like Tristan, Tioreh, and Clotho. Netmarble has previously found success with mobile adaptations of the property, including The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross (2019) and The Seven Deadly Sins: IDLE Adventure (2024).
