Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Teaser: Trailer and IMAX Details Revealed

Exciting Updates for “Jujutsu Kaisen” Fans

The anticipation is building for fans of “Jujutsu Kaisen,” as the official website has unveiled a thrilling trailer for the upcoming compilation film. This film, titled “Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution,” offers a sneak peek into the third season of the anime, specifically “Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3: The Culling Game Part 1.” The trailer showcases exhilarating scenes from the film and the anime’s third season, setting the stage for an epic viewing experience.

The film, known in Japan as “Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution – Shibuya Incident x The Culling Game Begins,” is a compilation of the second season’s “Shibuya Incident” arc, along with the first two episodes of the third season. This compilation will hit theaters in Japan on November 7, providing fans with a taste of what’s to come in the new season, which is set to premiere in January 2026.

In addition to the standard theater release, the film will also be available on IMAX screens, offering an immersive experience for viewers. The North American release is scheduled for December 5, with both the original Japanese and English dubbed versions available.

The first season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” aired in October 2020, consisting of 24 episodes that captivated audiences worldwide. The anime film “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” was released in December 2021 in Japan and later in March 2022 in the U.S. and Canada, with both subtitled and dubbed versions.

The second season premiered on July 6, 2023, on MBS and TBS, along with 28 affiliated channels. Crunchyroll streamed the season globally, including North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The season featured an English dub and adapted both the “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc and the “Shibuya Incident” arc from Gege Akutami’s original manga. The season aired for two cours, spanning a continuous half-year run.

Gege Akutami launched the “Jujutsu Kaisen” manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in March 2018. The manga is published digitally and in print by Viz Media, and Shueisha also offers it on its MANGA Plus service.

Fans can look forward to an action-packed and emotionally charged experience with the upcoming film and season. Stay tuned for more updates and get ready to dive back into the world of “Jujutsu Kaisen.”
