Terms and Conditions

In order to gain entry to Anime Wonder (referred to as the “Event”), you (“You” or “Your”) must possess a valid ticket or wristband (“Ticket”) and adhere to our code of conduct, attendance and ticket/wristband policies. Anime Wonder is an event platform owned and produced by Fueled By X, LLC.

By purchasing and/or using a Ticket, or entering the Event premises, You unconditionally agree to abide by:

• The terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement between You and Anime Wonder (the “Company”).
• The Company’s Privacy Policy, accessible at https://animewonderfest.com/privacypolicy. Your presence at the event is governed by both this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

For safety purposes, the Company reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation:

• To postpone, cancel, interrupt, or terminate the Event.
• To temporarily detain visitors on the Event grounds at the event’s conclusion.
• To fully or partially evacuate the Event site.
• To deny entry to the Event premises, irrespective of possessing a valid Ticket.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event, including performer appearances or schedule, at its discretion and without prior notice or compensation to You. Any changes to Event activities or lineup shall not entitle You to any claims, including Ticket refunds.

You acknowledge that activities, guest appearances, or performers advertised in Event promotional material are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without prior notice.

AGE RESTRICTIONS AND RULES

All children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian (aged 18 or older) at all times during participation in all Anime Wonder events. Additionally, all attendees must possess a badge, wristband, or suitable credential for entry access.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND FEES

Except as explicitly stated otherwise herein, You acknowledge that all Ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges. Tickets purchases are allowed to be transferred to another individual prior to redeeming any and all wristbands. Wristbands can only be redeemed once. Wristbands will not be replaced under ANY condition after redemption. The Event is scheduled to proceed regardless of weather conditions.

In the event of total or partial cancellation due to a Force Majeure Event (defined below), You will not be entitled to a refund. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds considering the extent and nature of the cancellation. A “Force Majeure Event” includes acts of God, terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, court orders, severe weather, or other uncontrollable events.

All ticketing fees are non-refundable

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

Initiating a chargeback against ticket purchases will result in legal action. Any dispute or chargeback, whether willfully or unwittingly filed as fraud, will be challenged, and legal remedies may be pursued to recover costs, including but not limited to attorney fees, damages and other associated penalties and fees.

BANNING POLICY

Individuals initiating chargebacks or disputes against any Ticket purchases will be banned from attending future events organized by the Company.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending the Event, You assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, resulting from or related to the Event, including personal injury, property damage, or any liability arising before, during, or after the Event. Your use of the Ticket implies voluntary assumption of these risks, including actions or omissions of the Company or its affiliates (“Company Parties”).

REVOCABLE LICENSE

You understand that the Ticket is a revocable license for entry to the Event, subject to revocation without compensation for any reason, including violation of Event rules, policies, regulations, or local, state, or federal laws, or actions that endanger other ticket holders.

Your purchase of a Ticket and/or attendance at the Event constitutes your agreement to abide by these Terms, including our Code of Conduct HERE. By attending the Event, You agree to these Ticketing Terms and Conditions in their entirety. By purchasing a Ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
