The anime made its debut on TV Tokyo and its affiliated channels on July 6. Streaming giant Crunchyroll provided simultaneous streaming for international audiences, allowing fans worldwide to enjoy the series as it aired.

The first season featured a stellar cast, with Yūsuke Kobayashi voicing Ikurō Hoshi and Hinano Shirahama bringing Sara Haizaki to life. The creative team behind the series included Tetsuro Amino as the director, known for his work on “Macross 7” and “Iwa-Kakeru! -Sport Climbing Girls-“. Shoji Yonemura handled the series scripts, contributing his expertise from projects like “Parasyte -the maxim-” and “Shaman King”. Character design was masterfully executed by Shingo Fujisaki, who previously worked on “Let This Grieving Soul Retire!”. Haru Yamada served as the sound director, while Koharu composed the music, adding to her impressive portfolio with “Charan-Po-Rantan”. The opening theme song, “Mister Moonlight,” was performed by imase, and NOA delivered the ending theme, “Merry Go Round.”

The manga, which serves as the foundation for the anime, revolves around a unique hotel that caters to a very specific clientele: assassins. The hotel’s concierges, Sara and Ikurō, ensure that their guests have access to top-notch dining, relaxation, and entertainment, along with an arsenal of weapons and identity creation services. This setting provides a backdrop for thrilling encounters and unexpected alliances among the assassins.

Ao Tajima launched the manga on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry site in June 2021. The series has been highly successful, with the 11th compiled book volume released on June 30. The manga concluded with its 12th volume, which hit the shelves on September 19.

Fans can look forward to more exciting episodes as the second season of “Hotel Inhumans” prepares to unfold.
