The official website for the television anime adaptation of Kei Urana’s “Gachiakuta” manga has unveiled an exciting promotional video for the series’ second half. This video, released on Tuesday, introduces new cast members, reveals the second opening theme song, and announces the new ending theme song. The second half of the anime is set to premiere in the upcoming episode, scheduled to air on Sunday.

The anime is helmed by Fumihiko Suganuma, known for his work on “The First Slam Dunk” and “Train to the End of the World,” who is directing the series at BONES. Hiroshi Seko, renowned for his scripts in “Chainsaw Man,” “Vinland Saga,” and “Mob Psycho 100,” is overseeing the series scripts. Satoshi Ishino, who has worked on “Date A Live,” “Captain Earth,” and “Release the Spyce,” is responsible for character design and serves as the chief animation director. The music is composed by Taku Iwasaki, known for his work on “Bungo Stray Dogs” and “Shin Kamen Rider.”
The anime made its debut in Japan on July 6, airing on CBC, TBS, and 26 other channels. Crunchyroll is streaming the series globally, including North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS (excluding Russia and Belarus), and the Indian subcontinent. Additionally, Crunchyroll is providing an English dub for the series.
The manga, originally launched by Kei Urana in Kodansha’s “Weekly Shonen Magazine” in February 2022, has Hideyoshi Ando credited for graffiti design. Kodansha published the 15th compiled book volume of the manga on June 17.
