The creative team behind Monster Strike: Deadverse Reloaded is nothing short of stellar. Masao Okubo, renowned for his work on Record of Ragnarok and Record of Ragnarok II, is directing the anime at Yumeta Company. ARCH is producing the series, ensuring high-quality animation and storytelling. Noriyuki Nakamura, known for his contributions to Shoot! Goal to the Future and Zumomo to Nupepe, serves as the assistant director. The script is overseen and written by Hayato Kazano, who has worked on the first three seasons of Classroom of the Elite, and Jin Haganeya, famous for his work on Guilty Crown and Azur Lane. Kazumi Inadome, who designed characters for Un-Go, is responsible for the character designs in this new series.

Other notable staff members include rapper YZERR, who performs the ending theme song. The anime is set to premiere on October 21 at 11:00 p.m. (10:00 a.m. EDT) and will air for one cours (a quarter of a year) on Tokyo MX and 44 other channels across Japan. Viewers can also stream the latest episode for a limited time on the Strike World’s official YouTube channel and Japan’s TVer service. Two specials will air on October 7 and October 14 in the same timeslot as the anime itself.

The main cast members bring a wealth of experience and talent to the series, promising an engaging and thrilling viewing experience. The original game, launched by MIXL on iOS and Android devices in Japan in 2013, quickly gained popularity and was later released in English the following year. Although the English version ended service in 2017, the game’s impact on the anime world continues to grow.

The Monster Strike franchise has a rich history in the anime world. The first 52-episode net anime season, Monster Strike the Animation, premiered in October 2015. The show’s second season premiered in April 2017, with the second part of the season, titled Monster Strike the Anime: The Fading Cosmos, premiering in October 2017. The third season premiered in July 2018 and included several spinoff series, such as Arthur, Lucifer, and Solomon. The franchise also produced interactive anime series like Hareruya: Unmei no Sentaku, which allowed viewers to choose the outcome of the last 10 minutes of the episode.

In addition to the anime series, the franchise has produced two feature films. The first film, Monster Strike The Movie, opened in Japan in December 2016 and was later streamed by Crunchyroll in May 2017. The second film, Monster Strike The Movie: Sora no Kanata (Beyond the Sky), opened in October 2018. The third film, Monster Strike the Movie: Lucifer Dawn of Despair, opened in November 2020 after delays due to COVID-19 and was streamed by Crunchyroll in August 2021.

With such a robust history and an impressive creative team, Monster Strike: Deadverse Reloaded is poised to become a standout series in the anime world. Fans can look forward to an exciting blend of action, adventure, and captivating storytelling.
