The first season premiered in Japan in April 2019 and was streamed by Crunchyroll and Funimation as it aired. The second season aired in January 2020, and the Gekijōban Isekai Quartet ~Another World~ film debuted in June 2022.

Minoru Ashina returns to direct and write the script for the anime at Studio Puyukai. Minoru Takehara is again designing the characters and serving as chief animation director, while Ruka Kawada returns to compose the music. The series also credits the authors of the original works and Light Tuchihi for original work collaboration.
