The story of the film unfolds after the celebration of the foundation of the Tempest Federation. Elmesia, the ruler of the elf nation of Sarion, invites Rimuru and other senior Tempest officials to a resort island in Sarion. What starts as a relaxing vacation quickly turns into a new adventure when a mysterious girl named Yura and a looming darkness appear, challenging Rimuru once again.
