Exciting News: Isekai Quartet 3 Unveils Premiere Date and Theme Songs

Fans of the popular “Isekai Quartet” series are in for a treat as the much-anticipated third season, titled “Isekai Quartet 3 ~Nama Hōsō 10-Jikan-me~,” has officially been announced. The livestream on Thursday revealed the main visual, promotional video, and the debut date for this highly anticipated season.

Set to premiere on October 13, “Isekai Quartet 3” will continue the tradition of bringing together beloved characters from various isekai anime series. The opening theme song, “Isekai Concerto,” will be performed by Ains, Kazuma, Subaru, and Tanya. The ending theme song, “Kimi Iro, Boku Iro” (Your Color, My Color), will be sung by Konomi Suzuki and Kashitarō Itō.

The anime will debut on October 13 on the Tokyo MX channel and will simultaneously stream on the d Anime Store service in Japan at 10:30 p.m. JST. It will then air on BS11 at 11:30 p.m. JST. The series will also be broadcast on MBS on October 14 and on AT-X on October 17. Additionally, the anime will be available on other streaming services starting October 16.

The third season will feature a diverse cast of characters from popular isekai series, including “Overlord,” “KONOSUBA,” “Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-,” “Saga of Tanya the Evil,” “The Rising of The Shield Hero,” and “The Eminence in Shadow.” The voice cast includes:

  • Yūsuke Kobayashi as Subaru (Re:Zero) and Warren Grantz (Saga of Tanya the Evil)
  • Satoshi Hino as Ains (Overlord)
  • Jun Fukushima as Kazuma (KONOSUBA)
  • Aoi Yūki as Tanya (Saga of Tanya the Evil)
  • Kaito Ishikawa as Naofumi Iwatani (The Rising of The Shield Hero)
  • Seiichirō Yamashita as Cid Kagenou/Shadow (The Eminence in Shadow)
  • Rie Takahashi as Emilia (Re:Zero) and Megumin (KONOSUBA)
  • Yumi Hara as Albedo (Overlord)
  • Sora Amamiya as Aqua (KONOSUBA)
  • Saori Hayami as Visha (Saga of Tanya the Evil)
  • Asami Seto as Raphtalia (The Rising of The Shield Hero), Alpha (The Eminence in Shadow), and CZ2128 Delta (Overlord)

Previously announced characters will also make appearances in the new season. The series will credit the authors of the original works and collaborations, including Kadokawa and the creator of “The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious” light novel, Light Tuchihi.

Minoru Ashina will return as the director and scriptwriter for the anime at Studio Puyukai. Minoru Takehara will again design the characters and serve as the chief animation director, while Ruka Kawada will compose the music.

The “Isekai Quartet” series began as a crossover between “Re:Zero,” “Overlord,” “KONOSUBA,” and “The Saga of Tanya the Evil” franchises. The second season, which premiered in January 2020, featured characters from “The Rising of The Shield Hero” franchise. The first season debuted in Japan in April 2019 and was streamed by Crunchyroll and Funimation as it aired. The “Gekijōban Isekai Quartet ~Another World~” film premiered in Japan in June 2022.
