The franchise’s co-creator, Masaki Tsuzuki, is credited as the original story creator and scriptwriter for this new anime. Takayuki Hamana, who previously directed “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection” and “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation,” returns to helm the project at Seven Arcs. Issei Aragaki, known for his work on “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation,” “Extreme Hearts,” and “Vladlove,” serves as both character designer and chief animation director. Shuichi Kawakami is responsible for the original character designs.
In addition to the new anime, the manga “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS” launched on Kodansha’s “Wednesday Sirius” service on April 16.
