Fans of unique and captivating anime are in for a treat as Kadokawa has revealed a new promotional video and visual for the upcoming television anime adaptation of Yawora Tsugumi’s manga, “Gōmon Baito-kun no Nichijō.” This highly anticipated series is set to premiere on January 4, offering viewers a fresh and intriguing storyline.
The promotional video provides a sneak peek into the cast, theme song artists, and the much-awaited premiere date. The anime promises to be a thrilling addition to the winter 2026 lineup, with a blend of dark humor and workplace dynamics that are sure to captivate audiences.

The anime will debut on Tokyo MX, BS Asahi, TV Aichi, and Yomiuri TV on January 4. Additionally, it will be available for streaming on U-NEXT, Anime Hōdai, and other platforms, although the streaming premiere dates have not yet been announced.
The opening theme song, “GO GO PARADISE!!,” is performed by GRANRODEO, and the ending theme, “Ashita Tenki ni Naare,” is sung by Takuma Terashima. Both songs are featured in the promotional video, giving viewers a taste of what to expect from the series.
The anime features a talented voice cast, including:
- Shunichi Toki as Cero, the ace at the company who gets along with everyone.
- Takuma Terashima as Shiu, a legend in the torture world.

“Gōmon Baito-kun no Nichijō” is set in a world where murder and torture are legal, and numerous “torture contract companies” operate. Cero and Shiu work part-time for the “Spirytus” torture company, known for treating its employees well and targeting only bad people. Two new part-time hires, Mikke and Hugh, join the company, and the four enjoy their unique working life.
The manga, which the anime is based on, launched on Hakusensha’s Young Animal Web service in December 2022. The sixth volume was published on June 27, and the seventh volume is scheduled for release on December 25.
