Cheyenne, WY – Vendor Permit Requirements
All vendors are required to have a valid Wyoming State Sales Tax Permit, but we do not need a copy of it, as it is for your internal records. The Laramie County Food Permit should be fully completed and submitted to us via email no later than 15 days before the event. Your food vendor space will not be confirmed until we have received your permit. If you are already an established business in Cheyenne, then please email your permit earlier so that we can have your vendor space fully confirmed ahead of time.
